Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Pure Moto Racing website (pmotr.com) and entry into the SprintX Championship.
Eligibility
Competitors must meet the age, licence and vehicle requirements published for each round. Pure Moto Racing may refuse or cancel any entry that does not meet the rules.
Registration & teams
A team must be registered and approved before its competitors can enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit for yourself and your crew.
On-track conduct & safety
All participants must follow the event rules, marshal instructions and safety requirements at all times. Motorsport carries inherent risk; participation is at your own risk and may require signing an event waiver on site.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pure Moto Racing is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage except where caused by its own negligence. Nothing here removes rights you have under Saudi law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
